For homework this weekend, we had to redraw/draw on top of some of our previous gestures to "plus" the attitude and pose. I really focused on exaggerating the line of action, and emphasizing the curves vs straights already inherent in the drawings.
This turned out to be a very useful exercise -- I quickly found that even the original gestures that I thought were pretty decent became waaaaaay stronger and more interesting with just a few seemingly minor adjustments.
